Here is a healthy stir fry I whipped up last night and it was AWESOME
Taken from the back of the Buffalo Rice, and modified to be healthier. Original recipe called for vegetable oil for the peppers, I used Pam.
This is how I always make spaghetti with meat sauce in my family. My hubbie and kids don't like low carb pasta so I still use the regular pasta. Feel free to substitute!!
