Flat Belly Diet - Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry

Made to serve 1 . Increase ingredients according to the number of people you want to serve.

I wasn't sure about the "meatless chicken-style" nuggets but they were delicious. The recipe was super quick and delicious. I made it in the morning before work in less than 5 minutes and then packed it up for lunch.

Cranberry Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350F

Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan, or use muffin pan
Add banana, milk and eggs, mixing well. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until moist. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Spread batter evenly in a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick insertedin the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool.

Flat Belly Diet - Edamame Potato Salad

Very filling and flavorful. Great to make ahead.
