Modified from annie_sp's whole wheat pumpkin pancakes recipe.
Original recipe called for 2 scoops unflavored protein and 1/2 c. pureed strawberries; I have substituted 3 scoops strawberry protein powder instead. I've also changed 4 egg whites to 2 whole eggs.
Basic recipe can be modified easily, change the flavor of the protein powder and pudding or add mix-ins such as nuts or dried fruit.
Rolling balls in crushed graham crackers adds 15 calories and 4g carbs.

Without blueberries and cool whip: 195 cals, 1.5g fat, 1.0g sat fat, 34g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 26.5g sugar, 14g protein
To up the protein content, add protein powder (strawberry or chocolate), to reduce carbs use low-carb milk, or for a softer cheesecake, use 1lb ricotta and 1lb cream cheese. This is a crustless cheesecake.

Mix and match cans of beans. The cocoa takes out the afterbite of the spices for those who don't like hot foods, I leave it out if making it just for me but add it in if my sisters are going to be eating with me.
Oatmeal with blueberries, flax, walnuts, and protein! The blueberries become somewhat more rehydrated during cooking but taste much sweeter than fresh, and they don't turn the oatmeal purply blue either.
This recipe feeds one very hungry person on a high protein diet, or two normal people. Double the recipe and bake in a cake pan to feed a family of 4.
