A very low fat/low sodium beef taco meat to use in Tacos, Taco Salads or any recipe that requires Taco-spiced beef. Taco shells and other filling NOT included in Calorie Count.
Use "less fat" directions to make the red beans and rice and add a pkg of Jimmy Dean ground sausage. Quick dinner! Serve with Salad and Corn Bread.
