My husband's take on a classic. He doesn't use as much Mayo as other recipes, I think.
This is what my husband made the other night. We all loved it.
Quick twice baked potatoes I make for my family because they don't want to do the work for a regular baked potato.
From eatingwell.com, but I left out the cherry tomatoes (because my 3 year old ate the entire carton before I could get them into dinner) and the snap peas because I forgot to buy them. Still very tasty. Oh and my husband decided to add a leek.
This is the way my mom makes it.
Yummy side dish I've changed a little.

Sauce we make to pour over Gnocchi. If you love sage then this is the sauce for you. Would also work over other pastas and maybe some veggies, like asparagus.
Tomato Sauce I make for pasta or stuffed shells
This is the base of what Dad used to make growing up. Something was always added such as mushrooms etc. But this is the starting point from my memory.
