Easy barbeque chicken wraps. This is a flexible recipe. You can cook the chicken according to the recipe, grill it, bake it, or use leftover chicken.
An easy and tasty dip for fruit, crackers, celery, or or even a sandwich made from peanut butter and Greek yogurt. To make it even easier to make, start with vanilla flavored yogurt and leave sweeteners and vanilla. Beating with an electric mixer would make a smoother, lighter consistency consistency. A tasty variation would be to use almond butter instead of peanut butter.
These pancakes come out very fluffy, unlike other whole wheat pancake recipes I've tried. They are excellent with chocolate chips, blueberries and other fruit, or just on their own. For even fluffier pancakes, sift the flour twice.
These are quick and easy chicken enchiladas. This is a good way to use up leftover chicken. You can use canned enchilada sauce to make them even easier, but I like to use the Ten Minute Enchilada sauce from allrecipes.com. To make the tortillas easier to roll, heat them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.
