Great for pre or post work-out -- or, pair with yogurt for a yummy breakfast that will keep you full.
Buttery...Crispy...and super yummy! Normally, I use light butter when cooking for my family...but, in this recipe, the real deal just can't be beat! I do add a little whole wheat flour, though, so I feel like I made it a bit healthier :)
This yummy and easy dinner is a favorite w/ the "pancake loving" pre-schooler. We serve it with non-fat sour cream or non-fat greek yogurt to "dip" in (for the adults, we mix it with a little Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce for an added yummy factor). Hope you enjoy!
