This is my favorite clean eating breakfast on an intense workout day. I top mine with a cup of frozen (unsweetened) berry blend that I've made into a "syrup" by microwaving in 1min intervals, stirring each time, for up to 3 min (only a minute at a time unless you like cleaning sticky exploded berries out of your microwave!).
Delicious alternative to the traditional pumpkin bread that's loaded with sugar, fat and calories.
