Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi Diet Version

Adapted Red Lobster version of Shrimp Scampi. Actually better than Red Lobster. Serve with pasta. You can also add sliced mushrooms or onions to the dish.

Quiche Lorraine

Use non dairy cheese if allergic to dairy.

Polka Dot Pancakes

Sausage links are cut and mixed into a batter of pancake mix which is baked. Serve with Maple syrup and enjoy.

You can use Rice Parmesan Cheese for People allergic to cheese. Also adding Mushrooms might be taste. Recipe was served to the Academy Awards. I have made a few healthy changes.

Mom's Texas Hash

A taste of bacon combines with a chili style rice, hamburger and tomato dish to make a delicious meal. Add red pepper or more black pepper to make it even spicier.

Devil Dogs

A mildly spicy sauce with chili sauce, mustard, and onions is put on a hot dog and served in a bun. This was one of our families favorites.
