I hate meatloaf as a rule. I loathe it in fact. But this one isn't too bad. you can tweak this recipe in a million different ways. This is how I make it for the family and they love it! Serve it with ketchup or bbq sauce for some extra flavor. If you are watching your sodium intake you must leave out the Montreal steak seasoning. Like I said, tweak this recipe to make our own. Happy eating!
I love breakfast rice. This is a healthier variation. It can be tweaked as you like. I used splenda. Seving size is 1 cup. Recipe calculated as I prepared it.
