This uses a combination of lentils but feel free to use just one type if you'd rather. Makes 12 1-cup servings. We serve this with brown rice and Bengali spinach. Enjoy!

This spinach is wonderful served with dal and brown rice! It makes about 5 1-cup servings.
This is a fairly dense bread but tasty. I especially like it toasted!
