Delish! Tender chicken, cooked with peppers and tomato, cannellini beans round out the recipe for full flavor and nutrition.
Lasagna with eggplant; good for a workday meal. Can easily add other veggies in the future.
Delicious pepita/onion sauce. Great over skirt steak or grilled chicken. Serve with tortillas or lettuce wraps.
Almond bars (with coconut), whey protein and flax seed. Looks to be fatty, but a lot of the fat comes from the flax and almonds. Homemade chocolate drizzle adds an interesting color/flavor.
