We are very busy people and sometimes we just don't have the time for a sit down meal, so our "Not Chocolate Chocolate Shake" is our all time favorite go-to meal replacement smoothie. This smoothie looks and tastes like chocolate and there is no chocolate in it.
Eileen and Cody were out Christmas shopping when they stopped for a snack and had a lovely bean salad. The next weekend they craved said bean salad. They went to the cupboard to see what was there and this is what they came up with.
This is high in protein and low in fat. It's nice hearty main course salad or use smaller portions for a side or a snack.
On a cold and rainy day I like to dance in the kitchen, chop vegetables and make soup. Here is today's soup de jour. Freshness and fragrance and loads of veggies (8-10) all in one pot.
This is the best summer salad and it keeps us buying watermelon well into the fall. Great as a side dish. especially with fish, or a stand alone salad.
