Made this up on the fly. Can lower cals and other content by using reduced fat sour cream.
I dont eat this over rice or noodles so if you do please note that this does not have the rice/noodles in nutrition info.
Also I used regular soy sauce so the sodium is really high. You can use lite or lower sodium soy sauce to lower that level.
Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts dipped in a mix of Parmesan cheese and Ranch dressing covered in rice krispies cereal
Not the healthiest but pretty tasty. If u use reduced fat parm and dressing it would cut some cals and fat down. I just didnt have that stuff on hand when I made this. :-/
This is probably just as unhealthy as Taco Bells. But its yummy if you can eat just one.
Not the healthiest I have seen. You can use less or more bread crumbs depending on how firm you like the meatballs to be.
