I simply added 2-3 T of Instant coffee (mixed with 1/4 C of water) and mixed into the batter... YUM my husband's FAVORITE!
I am working on a recipe for a high nutrient bar for me and my husband (who is a weight lifter). We liked these but I wasn't too sure on the texture and flavor... but I also haven't decided what I would change... so for now they are ok... HIGH calorie... but VERY good for you! More like a meal supplement if you are reducing calories... enjoy!!!!
