Got this recipe from a friend, we often add more veggies and extra spices. It's easy to make and filling.
Adapted this recipe I had to make it a little lighter and to get the info for my tracker. Not sure were the original recipe came from.
I got this recipe from my father-in-law. I have no idea where he got it from but we like it and it is easy to make. For the calculations I used 'A Taste of Thai' , light coconut milk.
This is not my recipe, I found a link to it here on Sparks and just copied it as I found it to get the nutritional information. It is a great sauce though, goes great with any Mexican dish and a lot less sodium than most red sauces.
