The original recipe called for frozen cubed hashbrown potatoes. I wanted to cut back on the sodium and used raw potatoes instead.

Recipe is from the Taste of Home magazine Heartwarming Soups. The original recipe made 20 servings as it had more of each root vegetable and included 1/2 pound of Italian sausage & heavy whipping cream to finish. I prefer the soup without the sausage & cream. Very thick and hearty soup.
This is a Weight Watcher Recipe with a few changes and extra carrot. Yum.
Pile high on chips, tacos or Southwestern salads
Traditional cookie. I make these a larger cookie. Can use a smaller scoop for smaller cookies.
Recipe from Pillsbury Casseroles. A nice twist on the traditional tater tot casserole. I sometimes add onion and bell peppers to the turkey when I brown it. Adds some extra veggies. Can also top with a little cheddar cheese. Yum.
Great dish and can be frozen in individual servings.
Recipe from Weight Watcher Cookbook. Great recipe to make on the weekend. Dump everything in the pot, turn it on and forget about it. Great garnished with parmesan cheese and freezer friendly. It is 4 WW points if you follow Weight Watchers.
Very tasty. I top with cool whip and add the calories.
