Love Lara Bars? Make your own! If you don't like the nuts/fruits used here, you can use what you like. I've adjusted the ratio of nuts to fruit to help bring down the carbohydrates. Great for a pre- or post-workout snack.
A breakfast sausage that doesn't have soy or gluten fillers--easy to make ahead of time and freeze. Perfect for low-carb/primal/paleo diets. This makes a large batch of 30 patties, but recipe can be easily split in half.
Low Carb/Paleo/Primal/Gluten-Free friendly meatballs--not low fat! Adjust using ground turkey and turkey Italian sausage if you need to lower fat content.
For low-carb or paleo/primal diets. Serve with steamed cauliflower or sauteed bok choy.
