Pasta salad with feta cheese, black olives, fire roasted red pepper, and sun dried tomato.
This is something I put together just before work so I had something homemade to eat for dinner. Put this recipe together so I could track nutrition. All ingredients were in my fridge and went into the crock pot. Turn out nicely with some Tabasco and Parmesan cheese to finish each bowl.
