This is a quick post-workout favorite of mine. I always try to incorporate some type of green vegetable like asparagus or fresh baby spinach leaves. For a little variety, add 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast and mild salsa to kick up the flavor a notch!
Great 1 pan meal. Can cook completely on stovetop or finish in oven or crockpot to let flavors come together.
