To serve as a side dish use 1/2 cup instead of cup for about 135 calories.
This is the best I can calculate how I make my salsa. It varies. Sometimes more bell pepper, less sugar or minced garlic when handy. But it should be close enough for a fairly accurate calorie count.
Simple ingredients but a really tasty quick chili.
