This is a very tangy, moist Pulled Pork BBQ. I got this from a slow cooker cook book (can't remember the name of the book) but I modified the recipe. The original recipe calls for 2 cups vinegar and 1 cup ketchup. I reversed it and use 2 cups ketchup and 1 cup vinegar.
Recipe is courtesy of AOL's Kitchen Daily. This is a very tender and juicy recipe that has a beautiful mix of flavor.
