This snack is so yummy. It hits cravings for sweet, fat, creamy, and salty and it fills you up.
Far tastier then anything I can get from a drive thru or frozen box. You can store the eggs in the fridge for two days and the freezer for longer. Reheat in the AM to assemble the sandwich.
This is great recipe to use left overs in. Use this as a base and add whatever veggies, potatoes, cheese, etc... you like.
