These are yummy! Credit to Tricia H. who brought these into our office. I only added it here to calculate the calories I was eating but they are too yummy not to share.
My neighbor gave me this awesome recipe that her grandfather used to make. It used regular pork sausage and way more cheese and butter. This is my low cal version. I serve it with 1/2 cup of cannelloni beans and I add those to my calorie count separately. You could cook them in the soup though and add them into the recipe. (My boyfriend won't eat the beans.)
***Nutrition information does not include chicken boullion cube. So the sodium content is much higher than reflected.
Just a basic homemade pizza on the grill that I am adding really to calculate my own calories eating it.
