Recipes I've Shared:
This is a variation of a recipe my fitness instructor, Amy Nesbit, shared with us. I do them differently every time. It really depends on the ingredients I have in the house. I like to put raw sunflower seeds in them and I have done mini dark chocolate chips as well. You really can't mess them up. This particular time they were a tad dry so I added a 1/2 cup of almond milk. This worked perfectly.
My son and I love tuna salad and this is a healthier alternative using light mayo and hardboiled egg whites!
This is the lighter version of this recipe from a dear friend. One of the favorites at church potlucks! It's so fresh and is great with chips or to garnish a grilled chicken breast.
I found a recipe I wanted to try and made some changes of my own. I really enjoyed this meatless dish but I may add some Italian Turkey Sausage next time so it would be more of a main dish for the family!
I just threw this together on a whim with things I had left in the refrigerator. It's a hearty soup and great for cooler weather.
This recipe spices up a store-bought jar of spaghetti sauce. Add in some fresh garlic, mushrooms and bell peppers and voila!
This is the best pumpkin smoothie I've made! Try it out...I bet you'll love it!
