Your 3 year old will love these for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just add chocolate chips (or raspberries, my favorite) and real maple syrup. Batter will keep in the fridge 2+ days! Protein, fiber, omegas; Good for baby & YOU too!
Thanks, Dar, for this yummy recipe! Reduce calories further by substituting low cal ketchup, skim milk, sugar substitutes, etc. I have spooned bbq sauce over it in place of ketchup combo.
Similar to Chef Meg's recipe with additon of chicken, reduction of egg.
This recipe originated in a Family magazine, but my friend, Lori, made it more "figure friendly." Decadent, even with reduced fat ingredients!
