This is a light pasta dish that can be served warm or cold. It has a light lemony taste.
This pasta salad can be served hot or cold, because of this it is great for leftovers. Use whatever veggie is in season. This is not a very saucy dish, think of it as a dressing more than a sauce.
This meat loaf has ground beef, veal & pork. If you are trying to hide veggies puree them, you will never know they are in the meat loaf. If you want a good crust on the meatloaf you must use the broiler. Heat up left overs in a non-stick skillet.
This has a lot of celery and sweet pickle relish. The mustard is a good replacement for salt and adds a little tang to the tuna salad. The calorie count is based on regular mayo.
A light dish, great with any cookout. Best with garden fresh tomatoes, but ripe store tomatoes work well. This is also a great substitute for salad dressing on a tossed salador a marinade for a steak.
This is a combination of 2 of my grandma's recipes. I combined them one night when I had a taste for cabbage and couldn't decide which one to make, so I had the best of both worlds. You only need to use one pan to cook this recipe.
This recipe was given to her by her good friend. They are the lightest matzo balls and were always made with love. They are worth the wait.
