This creamy, zingy potato casserole has been a favorite for all family dinners in our family for 30 years. You can save some work by substituting frozen shredded hash brown potatoes but thaw & cook in microwave before assembling casserole. But it MUST be made the day before & refrigerated overnight (hence the name) to be really good!
