Not to be confused with the christmas treat- These peanut butter flax seed, oats, and honey ball are simple and a great addition to your meal plan. A fix for that sweet tooth that will still keep you on track. They may taste like they are bad for you but take it from a nutritionist- they are not bad for you. This recipe calls for flax seed, I will upload another one using oat bran.
