This is a simple recipe made from just a few items that most have on hand.
A very healthy and tasty smoothie that appeals to even the non-smoothie drinker. It seems a little high in calories to me but I think that is due to the flax seeds. The nutritional benefit of flax seeds far exceed the calories.
