This is a very simple recipe with just a few ingredients. Marinate for 4 hours, then throw in the oven. End result, super delicious & tender pork chops
This is a recipe my Grandmother used to make a long time ago when she worked for a Grocery/Department store in Arizona. Other than the chopping up of all the ingredients its super easy and fun to make with kids as they can put the toppings on their own tortilla.
I have made this before and it is UTTERLY delicious! I love beef tongue due to its texture and taste but this dish makes it even better!
This meat makes a wonderful flavorful sandwich the next day!

The red peppers in this sauce are smashing, but they 're helped along by the addition of almonds, sauteed onions, olive oil and cayenne pepper. Broccoli is steamed separately and then sauce, vegetables and parmesan cheese are stirred into the pasta.
