A sweet and healthy way to get your carrots
This is...the best oatmeal I ever had. My Husband adapted this recipe from the side of a bag of Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats for me this morning. It was SO good, I worried about the calorie content, so I had him tell me how he made it and entered it as he cooked it. The Calories are still a bit scary, but I gotta say it's worth it! :)
