A delicious and nutritious Japanese style pancake. The traditional kind uses chopped cabbage, but I had broccoli slaw on hand so that's what I used.
Chocolate Banana Protein Waffles - I wanted protein waffles but I only had chocolate protein powder...so I modified this recipe to suit that. I love chocolate with banana so this is perfect for me! Delicious with a drizzle of Natural Peanut Butter :)
This is my favorite post-workout meal. Any chocolate protein powder will work. I usually use a frozen banana ( just freeze any that get brown) which makes is nice and cold. Also, I use Fat Free Soy milk, as I try to avoid dairy.
