These delicious granola bars are low in sodium and almost 4 grams of protein. The flax and sesame seed add a healthy fat source. But most importantly, they taste great!

Breakfast Wraps (Bacon, Egg, Cheese)

These breakfast wraps are great to make ahead and freeze. Then when you need a healthy, energy packed breakfast to take on the go, you pop them in the microwave. I add 1 tsp of salsa to them after they are heated.
