This soup was something I just brainstormed using pretty much all of my favorites veggies & spices.
(I prefer my foods very spicy, so cut down on the sriracha & cayenne pepper if you'd prefer it to have less of a kick to it.) This is pretty simple to make, and easily modified if you'd prefer other veggies!

quick & delicious!! Serve this with some fresh sliced veggies...broccoli, carrots, zucchini, olives, cucumber, etc...
I add just enough sriracha to give it a little KICK..but add however much you'd like. (Just dont forget to compensate for however much you add) :)
I use this salad as a quick add on to dinner, or if I need a lower calorie snack.
(There's no onion in the picture because I added it after taking the photo)
Just threw this recipe together one morning in a hurry...but it came out delicious! (any tips on how to make this healthier/tastier are SO welcome!)
