Recipes I've Shared:
May also be made with peaches, plums, or nectarines or extract can be changed to almond, raspberry, or whatever your choice. You may also use different spices such as pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc. You can add nuts or cream. Its a versatile recipe.
May use wth another fruit of your choice (blueberries?)
You may use this with whatever fruit you like, experiment a little bit. Hungry Jenny called for cranberries, but I used cherries. I also changed her recipe into an individual serving and used ingredients I had on hand versus her ingredients (for example, she used grapeseed oil, not vegetable oil) and made it sweetener free versus just sugar free (you don't need it, the fruit sweetens it enough).
Delicious as breakfast or as a dessert.
An easy dredge mix for sauteed fish. Not meant to be terribly flavorful. Its mostly as a base for fish that you already have a sauce, chutney/salsa, or dressing planned for (thus, they would provide the flavor) however I imagine you could add spices like powders of garlic, onion, lemon, paprika, etc to your tastes.
