These cookies crisp up nicely outside and stay very soft and moist inside. Last time I made the non-gluten free version of this recipie, the cookies stayed moist for about a week.
This is my basic go to chili recipie. Every time I make it I end up changing it a bit. Sometimes I add extra veggies or more or less spice depending on time and how I'm feeling.
