No Fat Chocolate Cake

This is a delicious, non-fat chocolate cake!

Peanut Butter, Banana, Chocolate Chip Muffins

A fun recipe that gives you protein. Only 215 calories per muffin. Omit the chocolate chips and they are only 168 calories and 3.9 grams of fat.

Jambalaya

I encorporated ingredients from several different recipes to get just what I was looking for. This is delicious!! You can add red pepper sauce if desired to make it more spicy, but this was plenty of spice for me!

Baked Broccoli

My husband found this recipe on the internet. Normally, I don't like to ruin the healthy goodness of vegetables by coating then with anything, but this was delicious if you just want a little change. The nutritional analysis says 183 calories, but I believe it is significantly lower since you just coat the broccoli and discard the leftover "marinade".
