Sticky, sweet, yumminess!
These brownies are essentially sugar free, gluten free, anti-oxidant rich and SO DELICIOUS! Guilt-free pleasure. A 2" square is only 100 calories.
This is a smoothie recipe from Dr. Josh Axe. The volume is large enough that I have divided it into 2 portions/servings, though if you can "handle a 350+ calorie breakfast, GO FOR IT!
This is SO EASY and SO GOOD! If you do like I do, and keep 1# packages of pre-browned lean ground beef in the freezer, this is literally an "open and dump it in" recipe, that is ready in no time. You can spice it up as much as you like by using spicier taco seasoning mix, and adding extra chili pepper and cumin, if desired. I love to serve it with Jiffy cornbread, that I add a can of creamed corn to before baking (per package directions).
This recipe is a family favorite. You can easily substitute low fat or fat free soups to reduce calories and fat even further. Feel free to add celery and carrots if you desire.
