My favorite way of preparing Salmon.
One of the ways I use Chicken. You can add, change, pretty much anything to suit your own taste, I do often.
Another bean recipe to put over brown rice or have alone. I use it as the main (and usually only) course on brown, long grain rice.
I make this to serve as the basic part of 3 to 4 days of meals steaming different vegetables and sauces to mix in each day to vary the taste and put it on bed of brown rice. It is a good source of protein and fiber.
