Cook the salmon and tuna seasoning lightly. While fish is cooking mash the avocado, sour cream, curry powder, eggs, and salt and pepper. When the fish is done let it cool for 5 minutes and flake into the sour cream mixture. In a smaller bowl mix bread crumbs, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion flakes. Form the fish mixture into patties and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes till done. Great with a little hot sauce.
Mix the potatoes, cheese, soup, sour cream, onions, salt to taste, pepper to taste, and half the melted butter. Place the mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour the remaining butter on the top and spread the corn flakes over the top. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
