I love BLT's but lately bacon has been making me sick so I came up with something that would use alot of Veggies. Which I love. Hope u enjoy. Adjust caliores for the type of bread u use.
I found this recipe with hamburger meat but I am cutting all red meat out so I made it with 6 oz serving of pre sliced pre cooked chicken. Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
starkist chunk light Tuna in water (2 oz), 2.5 serving (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips (remove)
Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove)
Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
Meal in one including your veggies. Kids love it. Can be eaten with or with out noodles.
