I tried to get the calories as close to actual as I could but this may be a little higher than stated depending on the amount of sun-dried tomatoes and if they are packed in oil or dried as listed in the calories.

Only 75 calories per 2 tbsp serving! This is rich and creamy and fantabulous!
Sweet and tangy. Really refreshing on a hot day. Modified from an old cooking light recipe.
A inexpensive and fast version of Arroz con Pollo. So tasty and bright. Everyone loves this and the leftovers are great the next day.
