Tangy Tartar Sauce, Condiment Queen style

Gotta have my tartar sauce with fish!
I make this both ways - tangy using dill pickles or dill relish, or I make it sweet substituting sugar-free sweet pickles for the dills and adding a bit of stevia sweetener.

Veggie Lasagna

Recipe makes two 9x13 lasagnas. If you don't need them both at once, assemble them both and freeze one for later.

Sugar-Free Faux Pickled Beets

A cross between traditional pickled beets and cooked beets - sugar free!

Oat & Almond Milk Waffles

Mix, cook, freeze, toast, top with yogurt & fruit... mmm.
