Black beans brownies.
My boyfriend is Ukrainian and grew up in Kharkiv, where fresh foods and soups - especially Borscht - are staples. And his mom is an amazing cook!
I spent a month and a half in Ukraine and learned a few dishes from her that I am tweaking at home to reproduce the flavor.
Here is my Ukrainian Borscht recipe - it is boyfriend approved.
Serve topped with a dollup of sour cream for an authentic experience! Yum!
These delicious and moist chocolate chip cookies require no eggs.
Use margarine for a vegan option!!
This loaf is everything you dream of: tender, zesty and just sweet enough!
These cookies stay chewy, don't bake flat and are just decadent! Great for snacking, to serve with tea to guests, or to give!
This is a very yummy baked oatmeal recipe. It yields 10 big servings.
This is by far the best and tastiest Cream of Leek & Asparagus I have ever tasted and one of my staples when hosting dinners. People love it and I always get rave reviews!
It gives you 8 generous servings.
I recommend keeping a few asparagus tips and steaming them to add on the soup before serving if you are hosting. I add a dollup of sour cream, and two asparagus tips and it looks great!
This is a yummy snack that everyone will absolutely love! It is a clean recipe and can be served alone, with tea or along side a protein shake.
These clean and yummy chicken patties are a great dinner and leftovers are great for lunches!
These home-made chicken fingers are a delicious treat. Add your favorite seasonings with the flour and substitute the bread crumbs for crushed roasted almonds to twist the recipe!
This recipe is kid approved!
I made this recipe many times and always make it for my valentines day dinner because it's made with hearts - so I nick-named it 'Love Salad'. :) And my man falls in love with me everythime I make this.
