My attempt to create a version of garlic broccoli that I get at Thai restaurants
Just as it says. Modified from a recipe.
Hollandaise sauce made with lactose free milk and vegan butter substitute. Various spices thrown in for flavor.
Plain foccacia bread without anything special. Dough mixed in the bread machine.
Homemade pizza dough with white sauce, ham, and tomato. Made from ingredients we had laying around.
A fantastic cinnamon roll. Recipe originally from Allrecipes.com. I use a powdered sugar icing, rather than cream cheese, making it a bit healthier.
Broccoli soup without dairy in the recipe itself. The way I made it, there is no lactose.
Whole wheat pizza crust with pesto, part skim mozzarella, and light salame, sprinkled with garlic powder.
It's only the tortillas that are (pan) fried--everything else is rather low-fat and healthy.
