This isn't so much a recipe as the nutritional information for how I tend to make chicken.
Based on Alton Brown's Lentil Soup. I swap out half of the lentils for split peas although lentils are lower in calories, we like it this way. Amounts of veggies included may vary depending on what I have on hand, but usually more onion and tomatoes. I also use canned, diced tomatoes rather than fresh. Both taste good. One is easy.
