I found several recipes, but not all had the thickening agent. So here is my version, a combo of several I found. I used it with Jennie-O Ground Turkey 20oz and I forgot no salt was added and plenty of flavor even with 20oz meat instead of 16oz.
I modified user FirstJudyEver recipe to what I had on hand and to meet my lower sodium goals with Lite Tofu. Also did it as 4 servings instead of 8
This is a low soduim slightly altered version of the recipe Brainiac submitted that I put in the crockpot.
