This lightly lemony pumpkin-corn chowder is oh so good.
The sprinkles aren't sugar free, but they only add 8 calories per serving. Cut cake into 12 equal size pieces after it cools.
I added 1/2 cup plain whey protein powder, but if you want to leave it out add 1/2 cup more flour in its place.
