Despite being a low carb recipe, this is one of our family's favorites and is even enjoyed by friends without dietary restrictions. It's a moist, delicious, recipe that calls for almond flour rather than bread crumbs. 2 Net carbs per 3 meatballs, in a recipe of 12.
The name says it all! These are delicious, chicken stuffed poblano peppers. Bell peppers can also be used, but won't have that special kick the poblano adds.
My husband loves carrots, but I'm generally not a fan. I do however love soup. Inspired by carrot soup recipes I've seen around the net, I decided to create my own version. We both loved this soup and wish I had made more! I will be making it again soon.
